How long is my ticket valid for?

The duration of the ticket is subject to the ticket type. Our limited time tickets give you 1,5 hrs on board, where you are able to complete the whole tour in one go without hopping-on and off.

Your full day ticket is valid for the entire day of purchase, offering unlimited rides all day long from our first-morning departure until our last evening service

How often do buses arrive?

Our electric buses run every 30 minutes during the set operating hours. We aim to accomodate our guests in the best way possible, yet it is impossible to predict how many guests would like to hop-on at any stop, hence hopping on is subject to availability.

What if I want to spend extra time at certain attractions?

That's the beauty of hop-on-hop-off! Stay as long as you like at any attraction. When you're ready to continue, simply head to the nearest stop and catch the next bus.

What happens if it rains?

We operate regardless of weather conditions. Our buses are partially covered and comfortable in all weather conditions, yet we always advise to wear/bring along waterproof clothing just in case. In case of extreme weather conditions, we may cancel the rides on our discretion and we shall refund you in full.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, there is no need to print your ticket, since digital tickets are sent to you by mail. Alternatively, in case you pay by POS, the printout should act as ticket. Our colleague will be at the starting point to assist you, check you ticket and provide you with a bracelet. The bracelet acts as proof of having a ticket. In the rare occasion that a member of the team asks for your ticket, you can simply present your digital ticket when boarding. We aim to make everything as convenient as possible.
